A) Plugin Installation - top

Navigate to dashboard and add Plugin for installation, after installation it will create its Database tables with your WordPress prefix. You will have to setup Twilio or Plivo.

The Most Important Part of System is Twilio or Plivo You need to create its account to make Calls, You will find your sid and token in your Twilio account tab. paste those sid and token in Settings under "Twilio Settings" tab to get started.


B) SMS Gateways - top

Twilio: Twilio is a GateWay to handle SMS/Call operation through your install/WordPress.

It is essential for you to set up a Twilio account prior using the Application Plugin, as Buying new number or assigning numbers during installation is not possible if you do not have a Twilio account with Application Plugin.

Twilio Settings Plivo: Plivo is a GateWay to handle SMS/Call operation through your install/WordPress.

It is essential for you to set up a Plivo account prior using the Application Plugin, as Buying new number or assigning numbers during installation is not possible if you do not have a Plivo account with Application Plugin.

C) General Settings - top

Admin Phone: Admin will receive notification on this number, like new subscriptions and promotions etc...
Time Zone: Set your time zone accordingly, if no time zone, sms scheduler will not working properly.
WooCommerce Auto-update Status: Enable it if you want to receive notification sms on woocommerece order status update.
API Key: API key will allow access to third party subscribers to subscribe in this plugin. Click generate key button to create new api key.
Core URL: This is the core URL of plugin, third party user will use this url with some parameters.
Campaign URL: Third party user will use this url to get campaigns list of the plugin.
Subscribe URL: Third party user will use this url to subscribe a phone number in the selected campaign.
Cron Syntax: Must add this cron url on your hosting server if you want to get scheduler and bulk sms working.
WebFrom Embed Code: User can add webform embed code on any website, this will show a form with list of campaigns saved in plugin so subscribers can subscribe in desired campaign.


D) Buy American Local Number (Twilio) - top

After Setting your twilio sid and token you will need to buy a number for your install that would be your sender and recipient number for Pluging, you can buy as many numbers as you want.
You can buy american local numbers by selecting state and area code.


D-1) Buy American Toll Free Number (Twilio)

You can buy american toll free numbers by selecting toll free option.


D-2) Use Existing Numbers of Your Account (Twilio)

You can also use existing numbers by selecting existing option.


D-3) Buy Canadian Number (Twilio)

You can buy canadian numbers by selecting canada option.


D-4) Buy UK Number (Twilio)

You can buy Uk numbers by selecting UK option.


D-5) Buy American Local Numbers (Plivo)

You can buy American local numbers by state and areacode.


D-6) Use Existing Numbers of Your Account (Plivo)

You can also use existing numbers by selecting existing option.


E) Messages/Greetings - top

Subscription SMS: This is business promotional message, it will send each subscriber before campaign subscription message. Leave empty if no need.
Existing Subscription SMS: This text will send if subriber's number already have subscribed in same campaign.
Auto-Update Status Message(Woo): This text will send automatically to woocommerce subscriber when his order status has been changed.
Typo SMS: This text will send if subriber's sent wrong keyword.


Select Campaign: Select campaign for voice subscription.
Voice Greeting MP3: Select an mp3 file to greet/guide the subscriber like 1 for Subscription, 2 for Unsubscription, 3 for call to office.
Voice Greeting: User can also add voice greetings text for caller.
Call Subscription Message: Caller will listen this text on subscription.
Call Subscription MP3: You can also upload mp3 file instead text for call subscription.
Call Unsubscription Message: Caller will listen this text on un-subscription.
Call Unsubscription MP3: You can also upload mp3 file instead text for call un-subscription.


F) Dashboard - top

User can see plugin activity date wise on dashboard and also can navigate for detailed view by clicking on link accordingly.


G) Subscribers - top

User can see list of subscribers under subscriber tab.
Search and filter options are also available.






H) Keyword Campaign - top

You can create new keyword campaign under campaigns tab in application menu. Fields description has been added bottom on each field, after filling form hit Save button.




I) Auto Responder Campaign - top

You can create new auto responder campaign under auto responders tab in application menu. Fields description has been added bottom on each field, after filling the form hit Save button.



J) Woo Commerce Order Info - top

Subscribers can inquire his woo commerce order status by sending order number on a specified number, just add order status text in mentioned text box which will send back to subscriber, add %status% merge tag where you want to show order status.
You can also add subscriber automatically in desired campaign which you will select from below mentioned list of campaigns, leave empty if no need.


K) Mass SMS (Woo) - top

User can send mass sms to woocommerece subscribers those are subscribed between two dates.
Details are mentioned under each field.


L) Bulk SMS - top

You can send bulk sms to subscribers, create sms according to given instructions in below screen shot.



M) Quick SMS - top

User can send quick sms to numbers which arn't subscribed in any campaign.


N) Scheduler - top

You can schedule a message for subscribers under scheduler tab in application menu. Select date and time and message will be send to subscribers according to saved date and time. Details are mentioned in below screen shot.

Other details are mentioned under text boxes and fields.



O) WebForm Widget - top

You can add a web form widget on front end sites, so user can subscribe into campaign via webform.
To use webform, please activate the widget from "Appearance -> Widgets -> WP Messaging Web Form" to use this feature.


P) SMS History - top
